Vietnam Moving offers customers a wide range of services such as moving house, moving office, warehousing and truck rental. But in general, when using Vietnam Moving services, you will follow the steps below:

• Step 2: Make a negotiation, make a price quote and sign the contract

• Step 3: Perform the contract

• Step 4: Check and take over

• Step 5: Make a payment

Cancellation of Services

When there is a need to cancel the service, you can immediately contact Vietnam Moving via the phone number 18007011 to confirm canceling the service.

Compensation policy

After checking, you will be entitled to Vietnam Moving’s compensation policy in the following cases:

• Your items are damaged

• Your items are lost

In both cases, Vietnam Moving commits to assist in repairing and retrieving broken or lost items. In case we cannot find out your items or you are not really satisfied with our repair, the company will compensate you the amount of money equal to the value of damaged or lost assets following the market price.

COSTS AND PAYMENT

The cost of services will be specified by the company during the negotiation. If the two sides agree, we sign the contract. Vietnam Moving guarantees that there will be no accrued expenses.

There are two methods of payment: cash and bank transfers.

Vietnam Moving collects your personal information for the purpose of giving you more information and advice and assist you in surveying before moving house or moving office.

HANDLING BAD INFORMATION

You may leave feedback on the service quality on the website of Vietnam Moving. Please comply with the following regulations:

• Fight against the state, religion or politics
